I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was fantastic, right by the Bohus fortress and easy access to Gothenburg, the rooms could really use an update. The staff ranged from super friendly to a bit indifferent, which was a bit concerning. Overall, I appreciated the spacious family room we ended up in and the breakfast was excellent, but some service aspects left a lot to be desired.
